MRU->FME: use the _ and * autoformat as described -> the character attribute
will not be removed after doing nested autoformat like:
_under *bold* line_<CR>
Text after CR will still be underlined. Was correct last in OO 2.1. Another
"automaticstyles" thingy? ;-)
