[sc-issues] [Issue 83708] After editing a cell (when I press enter) calc freezes for a couple of seconds and then moves to the next cell. It do esen't matter whether the cell is referenced t o by other cells or not, or if the cell is use d by charts, performance is still bad

->Thomas, please verify in CWS chart15. Editing a cell on sheet 6 in the
attached document now nearly takes the same amount of time with and without the
chart sheet.
Before this fix the chart replacement image was requested for each change - now
the chart view is only updated on demand - that is for example when the changed
chart becomes visible or when it is saved.
