Still does not work properly, with OO 2.3.1. In writer, open an equation window
and type:
hat Y = %alpha + %beta{bar X} + %epsilon
Zoom to 200% if you can't see it clearly on the screen. The bar over the X will
be displaced to the left relative to the letter. I took a screenshot but can't
figure out how to upload it here.
