Greetings! #84643 is not and issue and actually never was related to OOo2.3.
It turns out that the problem of not being able to edit Groups or Individual
Contacts in Windows mail is related to the presence of two files in
C:\Windows\System32. As was suggested on the Windows Mail forum, the problem
goes away when when files, WAB32res.dll and WAB32.dll are removed (I just
renamed them instead...just in case).
At any rate, my system is now good to go. Merry Christmas!
