cmc->pmladek: fedora uses nss and nspr not the browser-nss/browser-nspr varients
so the configure test needs to stay as it is. On the other hand libxmlsec should
check for nss/nspr if there isn't the browser-nss/browser-nspr varients. The
updated patch adds that test after the original one. So all is as it was, except
for this additional final fallback.
