Note that because 'Š' and 'Ž' are of the Latin-Extended-A Unicode script range,
in the LC_INDEX section also
<UnicodeScript>2</UnicodeScript>
is needed, which is the constant value of kLatinExtendedA in
offapi/com/sun/star/i18n/UnicodeScript.idl
Otherwise the index key range can't be properly setup and those two letters
would still be appended to the end.
