Not a Mac-specific problem, happens on linux as well when one uses
--disable-fontconfig.

psprint/source/fontmanager/fontconfig.cxx is always used, despite fontconfig
being disabled in configure.
cc rene as master of configure, hdu, es, sb as developer/QA of the cws that
caused this breaker.

Note: Mac OSX aqua builds are not affected, since the fontconfig related targets
in psprint are disabled for aqua - X11 on the other hand is always concerned,
since you cannot enable fontconfig in configure (configure hardcodes the
disabled state for OS == darwin).
