I can't reproduce. I've upgraded my OOo 2.0 (en_US) with OOo 2.3.1 (en_US) and
it starts fine afterwards. Do you use the same language for updating?
Workaround: Rename the OpenOffice.org2 folder in '<systemdrive>\Documents and
Settings\<Username>\Application Data' and restart the Office.
@ as: Any idea what might go wrong here?
