In Format ­> Paragraph dialog box, you can assign page number to 0, but it is
displayed as 1 into the document. When you reopen the dialog box, it still
displays page number as 0. The dialog box shouldn't allow to select 0 as page
number, or the page number should be allowed to be 0 into the document.

I think the second option would be better (to allow page number 0). One example:
if you select page style 'First Page' and want the second page to be page 1, it
would be the easiest way to do it.
