@FME: please check hennerdrewes' attached fntcache.patch. Would it break things
e.g. when showing
nonprinting characters?
The workaround in the fntcache.patch makes winlayout.cxx's manual right
justification of glyphs
superfluous and I'd be happy to remove the manual justification then.
@hennerdrewes: did you check your patches with different versions of USP on
XP,Vista and eventually
W2K?
