It is a browser problem, I will have to work around.
I changed the ce2 style manually:
*.ce2 { font-family:Arial; border-bottom-width:0.039cm;
border-bottom-style:double; border-bottom-color:#000000; }
Is still unvisible.
*.ce2 { font-family:Arial; border-bottom-width:0.03969cm;
border-bottom-style:double; border-bottom-color:#000000; }
is able to be seen.
Same when you change the style to solid, then it is first visible with 0.0133 as
in ce1.
As the double border is implemented as three borders a visible, non-visible and
visible become apparent that a double border becomes visible at three times the
minimal width of a solid border.
I will fix this for the transformation.
