I have wanted to move to open office calc for a while but the row limit has prevented this. I work with large amounts of product data and currently use Excel 2007 to manipulate the data in a spreadsheet. As a comment above mentioned the priority of this should be raised since Open Office is fast getting left behind by Excel and will require the new 1 million row limit if it is to be compatible with Excel 2007 files.
