Interesting inconsistency you pointed out here. In fact, the issue is targeted
for 2.4, and clearly a blocker for 2.4, as ODBC functionality is completely
broken. The CWS, however, is targeted to 3.0.
However, since all issues in the CWS are targeted to 2.4, I assume the CWS
target is wrong.
fs->sb: Can you confirm or deny this?
