started. currently blocked because BSD find does not work with igerman98s
makefile and makes make on Mac OS crash. And someone of course needs to fix this
for Windows.. I don't like shipping "binaries" (de_*.*) which can easily be
built from source (make hunspell/de_DE.dic for example)
