Hadn't considered that when posting this bug. The source is the Watchtower Library produced by the Watchtower Society, which is only available to Jehovah's Witnesses. Perhaps there is a Witness who works with OpenOffice.org. They might let you use their CD for testing. Would attaching some text to work with help? I don't know much about computers. One reason I thought it might be a bug in OOo is before using OOo as text editor I used MS Wordpad & MS Works. In those programs the problem never occurred. Not complaining, mind you, the cost of MS Office was staggering and led me to looking for an alternative, which I found in OOo. I posted this bug because of a desire to help make your software better. Have included substantial text containing superscript to work with, hope it will help you test this issue.
