The download page states "If the following Bouncer links do not work then please
select one of the mirrors listed at the distribution page"...
There's currently a problem with Bouncer that's the reason why the information
has been put onto the download page. Alternatively you can use
http://download.openoffice.org/680/index-nojs.html
OSUOSL.org (they're hosting Bouncer) has been informed about that. Therefor I'll
close this issue as "worksforme"
