Since OOo the default license will be the first child element of the
<simple-license> element. The special attributes are not needed anymore. This is
documented in the Developer's Guide (Wiki). However, I will review the
documentation of the test extensions (desktop/test/deployment/simple-license).
The extensions used for testing are not from that project.
