------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jan 7 14:42:24 +0000 2008 ------- If you reparent a OOoBean at least once to a new JFrame, OO crashes or exits after a while when OOoBean's EventListener does not perodically call iConnection.getComponentContext().getServiceManager(); If OOoBean remains in the same frame, this bug does not occur. If the EventListener runs, this bug does not occur either. As far as I understood, the EventListener's purpose is finding out when the soffice process ends, not preventing it from exiting/crashing. Correct? What might be the reason?
