kso->cmc: The patch is for 2.3.1, right? But IIRC 2.3.1 webdav ucp has no HTTPS
support. How should it handle davs-URLs correctly without backporting all HTTPS
stuff from src680? Sorry, I see no chance to integrate the patch with the dummy
SSL certification callback implementation that always accepts the certificate.
No problem to integrate it into 3.x (without the NeonSession.cxx changes, then),
though.
