Current behavior: During hovering the mouse pointer over the input field of the notes window, no scrolling is possible by the use of the mouse whelle (neither scrolling of document nor notes content) Expected behavior: The content of the document and the notes content should be scrollable with the mouse wheel or similar input devices. Proposed behavior: If the mouse wheel is used, the object which is below the mouse pointer gets scrolled. If the object is at an extreme position (top position, bottom position), another use of the mouse wheel causes the root object to be scrolled. Example: During scrolling down, the bottom of a scrollable note is reached.
