Neither a new temporary file handling nor the new error string can be integrated
into OOo2.4. Thus I change the target.
Please do not mix this bug with other reasons, that lead to impossibility to
store a document. For example the issue 73979.
This bug is only about impossibility to write because the temporary files were
removed. I have changed the summary accordingly.
