To completely solve this issue, I think maybe we should rework on it. For now, i60897 solution maybe the best choice. But we must update the help. Or users will still get confused. The online help of latest version of OOo says: Replacement table Lists the original font and the font that will replace it. Select Always to replace both the screen font and the printer font, even if the original font is installed on your system. Select Screen only to replace the screen font only. Always Replaces the original font with the font you specify, both onscreen and on a printed page. Leave this selection blank if you only want OOo-dev to replace fonts that are not installed on your system. Screen only Font replacement only affects screen display. The following 4 states should exist in online help: (1) Check Left only -> Font replacement on screen and when printing, whether font is available or not (2) Check Left+Right -> Font replacement only on screen, whether font is available or not (3) Check Right only -> Font replacement only on screen but only if font is not available (4) Check None (default) -> Font replacement on screen and when printing only when font is not available. So, I would like to close this issue and arise another issue about online help.
