Can't reproduce with 2.4m239 on WinXP.
I start Office with
"C:\Program Files\OOo-dev 2.4\program\soffice.exe" -
accept=socket,host=192.168.1.5,port=9999;urp;StarOffice.ServiceManager -
norestore -invisible
Office displays license agreement, I accept and it never asks it again.
