The uri-encode tool encodes the name of the sample document to
%D0%B2%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%82.odt, which thunderbird interprets as "25AB.odt".
What confuses me at them moment is that uri-encode returns the same string
regardless of it being run in an ISO8859-01 or UTF-8 locale.
