TBE->MBA:
For testing purposes I removed !pImp->bHidden from the if statement in
SfxTopFrame::InsertDocument(), so that SfxObjectShell::LoadWindows_Impl()
is also called for hidden documents. With this change this issue
would be fixed, but as discussed, you know more about any side effects.
