I tried SCR680m241 and find that it is no more possible to use an arbitrary
filename extension. That is a severe regression of the current behavior. It was
introduced with issue 78854 and 78850.
Step to reproduce
(1)Take a new Writer document. Write some lines for to be a csv-file, for
example
Artikel;Anzahl;Preis
Kleid;1;89,90€
Pullover;2;39,95€
Hemd;1;34,50€
(2) Goto File > Save
(3) Choose filter "Text encoded"
(4) Enter filename "minibase.csv"
(5) Save
You will get a file with name "minibase.csv.txt"
Other usecase: You open a plain UTF-8 XHTML-file with the "Text encoded" filter
for to use the spell checking in OOo. You then want to save it with a new name
with the save as dialog, filter "Text encoded". You cannot achieve the filename
extension xhtml, but always get the extension txt. Even the simple Windows
Notepad respects the filename extensions I set, OOo does not.
