with the current version of OOo (OOo 2.3.1 is available, OOo 2.4 will be
available soon), please tell the exact version you use [via menu: Help - About]
and describe the scenario.
Issue reeports based on current versions do bring us further than "why
questions" about Issues that were fixed years ago.
Yes, some issues CAN re-appear for whatever reason and yes, sometimes a
different cause CAN lead to a seemingly similar defect. But the cause of "a
crash" can differ and only a developers debug efforts can tell the exact reason.
