Having them available at CLDR isn't sufficient, as OOo manages more information
in its locale data files, e.g. number format codes, index key definitions,
numbering, outline numbering, ..., and it also has the data in a different XML
format. For details see

You can generate locale data files at http://www.it46.se/localegen/

Please submit a separate issue for each locale and attach the generated locale

we need a signed Joint Copyright Assignment form (JCA) filled-out, see
