The rare cases are not so rare.
For m243, ooxml is a new module. The cws without this module was not run
through tinderbox
properly thus it cause a lot, and I mean A LOT of build issues, WaE fixes etc.
Please rethink this.
I think that we should do this:
- bei: add a simple new text entry into cws page where cws devs should add a
name of new modules.
- there should be some interface to query the list of new modules for a cws
- tinderbox should tinderbox also cwses with new modules.
