Why should you close it after taking some unrelated actions (based on the unrelated specs)? Please let it age if no action is taken on it. Please do NOT raise other issues based on this issue. And if it will NOT be closed even after meeting your specs, then why is the specs document attached here? The specs do not mention either of the two points suggested here. It should have been attached to some other (or a new) issue.
