2008 -------
On attached screenshot see that "Should contain salutation" is unchecked, 
yet "Next" button is enable.
Repro steps:
1. Create data source with e-mail addresses.
2. Start Writer, type random characters. Click Tools - Mail Merge Wizard. 
Click "Next", select "E-mail message", "Next", click "Select addresses", 
select data source with addesses, "OK", "Next".

3. In step 4 "Next" button does not get enabled or disabled when you uncheck 
or check "This document should contain a salutation" - see attached screenshot.
Uncheck "should contain a salutation", click "Back", "Next" - "Next" in step 4 
is enabled.
Check "should contain a salutation", click "Back", "Next" - "Next" in step 4 
is disabled.
