Notte that this issue is closed and was about OOo 2.04.
Feel free to file a new issues for your findings (based on OOo 2.3.1 or
younger).
Please note that a more detailed description than your last comment is highly
appreciated. Best: A step-by-step description starting with "Start OOo"...
Note that "program hangs" (i.e. takes several minutes for a "simple" task) and
"program loops" (= hangs endlessly) and "program crashes" (system task
"soffice.bin" and all office windows vanish) are all something totally different
than "spell checker does not work" and must be filed in seperate issues.
So-called "collective issues" can not be processed with feasible effort and thus
will not be accepted.
