The TLS is not supported by OOo in current.
The problem should be fixed as soon as issue 83572 is integrated in OOo 3.0
My hint: Make votes for it as much as possible because it could be that it will
shifted to later than OOo 3.0 if it seems not important enough regarding to hold
the time plan to deliver OOo 3.0
Meanwhile I close this one as double to 83572
