I just reread this issue - and found it is still an issue
If you - personally - prefer to destinguish between upper and lower-case for
labels, it is okay, even if it is not common for dealing with data.
(Note: in that case aa AA aA and Aa are all different)
However, I really need it in the way as stated within the Help-File,
and the settings within options have no function,
so I set it to defect and set the milestone to 2.4
