I don't have to close Quickstarter. I just have to close the blank OOo
application on the desktop. I have closed all open documents and I still could
not delete or even move the document. I will have to check if I have
Quickstarter enabled. The machine isn't my normal work machine and I do not
know Windows XP at all.
Added info.
With no OOo documents open, but the default blank OOo, I try to delete the
Drawing file that was just closed I get this WindowsXP message.
"Cannot delete {filename}. It is being used by another person or program.
Close any programs that might be using the file and try again."
