------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 17 07:52:07 -0800 2005 ------- Hello world, I have an extremely annoying non-error error: (please see file for an example) short description: I type a long number in cell A1 which is not recognized as a number by oo (e.g. 2.345345345349 in the German Version, maybe you have to use "," in the englsh version). If I create a formula "a1+3" the result is 3. This should raise an error-condition (like in Excel), because such conditions occur frequently if I import files with an english decimal point into the German version. Because OO IGNORES custom decimal points this really bad and causes dead wrong results. Adding numbers to text should never give a valid result, in OO this is a normal operation.
