As Zhang Xiaofei has found the problem seems to happen in the sal implementation
for Windows. The last call of Directory::open() returns an error with the enum
value "E_NOENT". The error happens in osl_openFileDirectory(), during the call
FindFirstFile(). After that the GetLastError() reports an error.
