Please see attached screenshots. Repro:
1. File-Wizard-Install new dictionaries- Ctrl-click any lang - click "Start
DicOOo" button - change language -> text is garbled ("dict1.png").
2. Retreive the list-choose any lang-Next-Next-Next -> status text is garbled
("dict2.png").
