------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 17 16:43:00 -0800 2005 ------- I downloaded this application from the web and when I try to enter date in a field it won't let me and when I double click on the field and try to enetr dats it enters the same value in like 1/2 of the fields in the rest of the document. Not sure if it can be fixed, but it would be nice. If I didn't still have MS Word on my computer, I wouldn't be able to fill out this application.
