The problem occurs just with every ods, sxc and xls file. It also happens if you save a spreadsheet document, leave it open, switch over to another window (of any application) and back again. If you do that, Calc again claims the document 'modified'. To answer your question: My spreadsheets don't usually contain graphics, charts or a linked range. It just happens with all of them.
