2008 -------
The menus of the Notes Window (e.g. context menu, drop-down menu) does provide
an option to delete the notes created by the same author. For usability reasons
(see below), the context menu should be extended by the name of the author which
is already shown in the Note Window.

Example: Delete All Notes by “John Q. Public”

When you start implementing this, please refer to the most current specification
of the menu layout in the Notes2 wiki.

Usability Issue: Today we provide the author's name in the Notes Window, but we
don't actually tell the user that this is called the “author”. He may not be
able to guess that, because the user data may not be sufficient to show
meaningful information in the Note Window. Therefore it should be avoided to use
the term “author” in the user interface and instead use the same string.
