not sure what should be done here: actually writer, without having notes, cuts
of at left and right margin as well. This is then of course done also with notes
and some stuff on the far right is not visible, although the extra width is
taken into account.
Should the general behaviour of writer be changed to not cut of at right and
left or should there be an extra check, if notes are available and only then to
not cut of?
