Hm...there's no library from OOo (e.h. shlext.dll) on the call stack just
kernel32.dll
browseui.dll
shell32.dll
Along with the fact that your code doesn't crash the first time, this seems to
be a bug in the shell extension library that corrupts Windows shell memory
handling.
Just a guess. Will be hard to find, as COM/OLE memory handling is quite
different from usual RTL memory allocation handling.
Will review the code and try to fix it for 3.0 if I find something.
