Yes if you use the same fonts the size of the pdf files is the same.
But there is another bug. Objects / without text creates an textobject wich
contains a space. The font for this 'empty' objects are saved too. Therefore
it's at the moment nearly impossible to get the same size. I'll talk to the
developer why we save a textbox for empty objects.
I close the issue because the pdf-export works correct. The bug is the textbox
in empty objects.
