Not all bookmarks seem to be exporting to PDF. This may or may not be related
to Issue 81643.

Here are the steps to reproduce the problem I am having:

1. Create a new OOo (.odt) document

2. Put in some random text.

3. Typed "Like this heading (no number)" and assigned it the "heading" style.

4. Typed "Or a heading 1" on a new line and assigned it the "heading 1" style.

5. Did a page break and typed "Page 2 Heading 3" and assigned it the "heading
3" style.

6. Put the cursor on a line and chose "Insert | Bookmark". Called it "bookmark
1"

7. Selected a small piece of text and "Insert | Bookmark". Called it "bookmark
2"

8. Chose "File | Export as PDF". Kept all the defaults (I just did a fresh
install of OOo and did not have a previous version on this computer).

Now, if when I opened the PDF and looked at the bookmarks tab it only showed
the bookmarks created with styles "heading" plus a number (which were the
lines "Or a heading 1" and "Page 2 Heading 3"). The "heading" style without a
number (used on "Like this heading (no number)")did not show up.

Note: Not sure if this makes a difference, but I have Acrobat Professional
6.0.6 installed on this machine.

I could not figure out how to attach the files to this problem report but I
have kept the files in case you need them.
