* Copying one or more rows and inserting them somewhere else
is something I do /all/ the time.
* When doing so, there is one extra click to get to the
"Paste Special" submenu, and then /another/ extra click
to say "shift cells down"--as though there were any other
way to insert a row. (For row/column selections, it should
know enough to set the appropriate default. In fact, I'm
not sure that any other options make sense for a row/column
paste.)
* "Paste Special" is down at the bottom, well after other
insert choices (with intervening choices) -- which makes
it easy to miss. (It's so easy to miss that I often forget
it's there. On systems where Excel is available, I use
it, specifically for this function. When I use Calc, I'm
disconcerted by the lack of an option to
"insert cut/copied cells"
* I do this operation so often that I am about to spend a
ton of money for Excel on my new system. I ferverently
hope this is the last copy I have to buy!
