2005 -------
The guard that prevents the deletion of the last page/master page was wrong. It
always looked at the number of regular slides, even when in master page mode.
With a new document and only one slide in it it refused to delete any page.
Fixed in sd/source/ui/slidesorter/SlideSorterController.cxx revision 1.11.28.1.
