So there are two options: 1) Stay with pure text. Than all month that should be displayed on the axis in equidistant steps need to be written down as text in the spreadsheet data. 2) Use numbers to indicate the month. Because of issue 25706 the best solution at the moment would be to use numbers 1 to 12 for the different month.
