Uno stile di paragrafo utilizzato in un indice di documento, nel quale seleziono un effetto carattere 'Titolo', che dovrebbe rendere maiuscola la lettera iniziale di ciascuna parola, non produce alcun effetto (l'attributo viene ignorato).
