pl->jsi,tbo: we'll need a separate config property to disable the native print
dialog in the mac implementation. Originally we wanted to use one setting for
both file picker and print dialog, but with the current state of the native
print dialog thing, there is use for disabling the native print dialog while
keeping the native file dialog. This would mean setting a separate configuration
property for testtool runs on Mac.
